PLEASE NOTE OUR KITCHEN IS NOW CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DURING WINTER TRADING. WE CONTINUE TO OFFER A BISTRO SERVICE TO THOSE STAYING WITH US AS OUR HOTEL GUESTS, ALTHOUGH THIS MAY BE A RESTRICTED MENU and restricted hours. Apologies for any inconvenience.

As much as possible we buy local and ethical produce. Our beef is paddock raised & our chicken free range. Both are from Tasmanian Farms. Our burger buns & bread is from local bakers and our eggs free range from local backyards. As much as possible we buy our vegetables from local gardens and don’t forget Sharon’s home made Sweet Chilli Sauce. Yum!
